The day before KL

What a way to start a day.. with gloomy skies which were totally perfect for snuggling back in bed.. especially when I slept so exceptionally late persuading Aaron to stay in hall.. but I think he's still being held back by financial constraints...
Lucky Streak?
I didn't realise my horoscope says my luck will be surprisingly good these few days until Tat pointed out to me that I'm always getting the people I'm supposed to call while he can't. Yup.. and upon checking I realise my Money, Love and Attitude meters are blasted to full these 2 days haa and of course the "you're unstoppable" descriptions by the horoscope...
Ok well.. I don't see love knocking on my door anyway.. haha
Best Friend Dinner
Didn't meet up with Yanru ever since she came back from the US.. and since she would be going back next week it was like a rare meeting for us..
It took a little warming up at first.. after all we haven't been communicating much the whole time she was in the States.. But I guess since we were good friends for so long and we knew each other so well already it didn't take long to converse comfortably.. About her lifestyle.. my boring life.. guys.. girls.. gays.. sex.. blah blah...
Though it was easy to tell that both of us have matured lots.. in the past 10 over years it was just her talking on the phone yakking yakking yakking all night while i just have to "orh.. orh.. uh-huh.." all the way listening to her whining and rants.. haha.. her crushes every 2 weeks.. her complaints about the class blah blah.. and now we've evolved into serious topics.. and it seems so much easier to say some things that is usually hard to say to other friends.. wonder why..
But she's landed herself a job with a fat pay in New York.. you won't want to know how much she's paid.. it's a high 4 digit sum.. yes, in US dollars. So I guess I'd catch up with her one last time next week before god know when I'll see her again...
Holiday
In a few more hours I'd be lugging myself to KL.. for a so-called holiday.. though it does not really seem like a holiday coz it's only 2 days and I've been so very busy (post SECC clearing up and work) that I haven't been really thinking about it. Only yesterday then it dawned upon me that today was holiday-day.
Being poor as I am now.. (my reserve account is depleted dry and I have lotsa money all over the shop.. unclaimed and cant be claimed so soon...).. Going for a holiday to spend more money seems to be last thing on my mind acutally.. but well.. a break is alwasy good.. and to celebrate Weijie's bday.. ha wonder what we're going to do...
Clearing Space
I have so many SECC videos in my laptop I don't know what to do with them.. Don't really have time to slowly burn all of them into DVDs for archiving.. Think I'd have to watit till the end of the month when my campaign is over then I'd have all the time in the world to start burning DVDs and taking away space clogged up by videos.. photos.. argh..
And I'm still figuring out the DivX thingy which seems to be able to compress avi files beautifully.

Ok Clement.. actually we rechecked your marks for the module.. and we found out that you actually got a B+ instead of a C+.
Ah? Really? I was wondering how come I did so badly for that module.. What happened?
It's some problem with the multiple choice questions. They were marked wrongly and we just realised it. So we manually marked your answers and decided to give you a B+.

Haha.. whoa that's like super crazy right? Though my CAP is still like horrible.. but it's totally ridiculous someone called me to tell me I jumped like 3 grades just like that... Imagine if they didn't find out this glitch? It'd be just so unjust.

Ok I've taken the whole day to blog this post.. not a very good multitasker.. to call my calls and to secretly blog hiding this window amongst other windows on my screen.
It's almost time to knock off.. so I guess I'll just surf other sites and make a few more calls before calling it a day.. Oh. TGIF!!!
